How it works

A 30-minute call about your business and what you want to fix.

We look at your agreements, existing coverage, debt, and the people the company depends on.

We put the plan together with your CPA and attorney so the tax and legal pieces line up.

In insurance since 1971
The Gallia name has been in this business for more than fifty years. In that time tax laws have changed, carriers have come and gone, and we have seen which plans hold up when a client needs them.
Solutions
Business solutions
Pick the one closest to your situation. Each page covers the problem, how the plan works, and who it fits.
For families
Coverage for your family
If your income stopped, your family would still have a mortgage and bills to pay. We help you choose the type and amount of coverage that fits your budget.
Income replacement
Term life insurance sized to cover the years your family relies on your paycheck. It is usually the most coverage for the lowest cost.
Keeping the home
Coverage matched to what you owe on the house, so your family can stay put and the payment is not their burden.
Living benefits
Many policies may let you draw on part of the benefit while you are alive if you are diagnosed with a qualifying critical, chronic, or terminal illness. Terms vary by policy and state.
Lifetime coverage
Whole life insurance provides guaranteed coverage that does not expire and builds cash value over time.
Final expenses
Smaller permanent policies that pay funeral and end-of-life costs so those bills do not fall on your children.
Passing something on
Coverage coordinated with your will or trust so what you leave reaches the right people. Legal documents are prepared by an attorney.
How we work with families
- A short call about your household, your income, what you owe, and what you already have.
- We compare options from multiple carriers and show you the trade-offs in cost and coverage.
- Once you decide, we handle the application and remain your contact for as long as you have the policy.
Who we serve
Who we work with
Our business clients typically run companies with $1 million to $50 million in revenue and already have a CPA and an attorney. We also work with individual families. See how we help families
Partnerships and multi-owner firms
The main risks are an unfunded buy-sell agreement, a disputed valuation, and an unplanned new partner. We fund the buyout and keep the valuation current.
Buy-sell fundingFamily businesses
One child often runs the company while others do not. We create liquidity so the estate can be divided fairly without selling the business.
Estate planning for ownersProfessional practices
Physicians, dentists, and attorneys often have high income, few employees, and partners who rely on each other. Defined benefit plans and practice buyouts fit well here.
Defined benefit plansCompanies with key executives
When a few non-owner leaders drive results, losing one is expensive. We design benefits that reward them for staying and protect the company if they cannot.
